We charge a flat rate because we get paid for the value of our work, independently of the size of your company or the difficulty of the profile. All positions are difficult and all are special.
We make them public so that you know in advance the value of your investment. And we NEVER charge different customers different prices.
We also never bargain… it would be too time-consuming.
No, we never work on a success-fee basis. You will always have results and our payment conditions are 30% at the beginning and 70% at candidate stock delivery.
On top of that, if you want to get more than one candidate hired you won’t pay anything else. You have already paid for our work.
